I can understand that the Sole Survivor would know how to use power armor, and they could probably train companions to use it, but it's kind of odd that just anyone can use it. Also, even in the lore, the only power armor that used power cells was the t-45d. After that, all the armors used microfusion packs that could work for up to a century.title tells all
